Order a New Takeoff Quote

Our process is very simple here at Piece Count. You provide a link for us to download the full sets of Architectural & Structural Plans (PDF Format) as well as the Specifications Manual and any other relevant Documents you have if you like. Tell us what you need the takeoffs to include, you can be as specific or general as you like, there is no limit on how much you can write., or you can write up your takeoff orders into a WORD doc and leave it in the download link with the plan files.

We will review your project and create your takeoff quote the same day it is sent in and email it to you for approval. Once you reply to the email "Approved Please Proceed", we will immediately begin working on your order. Your takeoffs will be done in 7-10 days or less, depending on complexity and total number of trades ordered. (No rush to approve it right away, unless you need the takeoffs right away, the lead time is always 7-10 day)

NEW CUSTOMERS: Invoices will be emailed to your AP Dept. following takeoff completion along with a preview report sent to you. Once the invoice is paid in full, the complete and unlocked takeoff report is forwarded to you. This will be for the first 3 orders.

ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS: (3 or more paid invoices.) Invoices will be sent along with the 100% unlocked takeoff reports  immediately upon completion. Invoices are due upon receipt, processing is requested within 48 hours.

​** All invoices can be paid by Credit Card (+3.5% processing fee) through a PayPal link on the invoice, or by company check.

** New customers paying by check, allow mail delivery time and deposit clearing time of 3 days for unlocked takeoff report to be sent.  If paid by credit or debit card, unlocked reports sent same day the payment is received as cleared.
